COCK-19 is delivered as a web page, but still needs some work in order to be playable on mobile devices. It should work in recent versions of Chrome or Firefox. I think you’ll find it similar to RenPy-based games. Here are some keyboard shortcuts you may find useful:
Escape – show the menu for saving/loading games and viewing player data. h – hide any dialog or prompts f – enter fullscreen Tab – skip dialog (including things you haven’t seen!) Mouse wheel – rollback/forward You can also use the mousewheel to "rollback", again similar to a RenPy game.
