We’ve added the sassy shopkeeper to Free Play mode in our latest and likely final update to Project Cappuccino.Lucretia can now be unlocked by purchasing all toys in story mode. If you already have an existing save file with everything purchased, simply head into the shop and it will trigger the special unlock dialogue! Fixed Text Error in Chapter 2: Following Colette into the woods had a line that made it sound as if Sophie was there too. Fixed Colette Work Assignment Bug: Colette had a wire crossed that was causing the stress meter to overflow during work assignment. Issue was only happening when assigning specific amounts of work. Fixed Mira Inseminator Arousal Bug: Using the inseminator on her body would not grant the intended arousal. Fixed Mira Undressing System Bug: Removing her accessories was not properly disabling other buttons and would allow spam clicking of other clothing parts. Fixed Cerise Request Bubble Bug: The Bunny Dildo was counting as the Clothing pins whenever she requested that particular toy. Implemented New Toy – Inseminator: Currently available in Room 1 and Room 2 while we do some rounds of player testing and feedback. Click the inseminator to select a body part to use it on, then time the pumps when the red circle is as small as possible. Properly timing the pumps will fill the meter around the circle that determines which tier of nutting you reach when activating the climax. Note: The inseminator is not available in Room 3 and currently causes the orgasm meter to rise while it’s in use. There are some sound effects and possible idle pumping animation that we may add so that girls can climax with it. Please let us know your thoughts on the current state of the toy because we are still improving it! Implemented 4 New CG’s to the Story: These CG’s can be found in the True Route and the Secret Route. Story Additions: True Ending and Failing the Incantation at the end of the Main route have been added. The True Ending is the roughest of them so far because we were planning to add some artwork and spit shine before Doku’s hand issue. 2 New CG’s Added: Some of the sketches from one of Cerise’s routes have been completed and are now full color CG’s in game. Can’t list them here because they are 100% content! New Toy Implementations Jeweled Butt Plug: The toy is now fully functional in all three rooms and dramatically increases orgasm rate when used. It’s main purpose is to allow easier Love Token farming during subsequent playthroughs. Massage Oil: Working in all three rooms and adds a cosmetic shine effect to the girls. The Inseminator: This toy was added to the shop and can be purchased/clicked on in rooms. However, it is not yet functional and we will be working on that this month. Shop Changes Implemented the new toys to the shop: Prices may still be adjusted but the new toys can now be purchased and saved. Added Play Time Tracker: Individual save files now show play time in both the File Select Menu and the Options Menu. Since the timer is new, all previously existing files should show 00:00:00 as their initial play time, but will begin to record it going forward. Implemented the Option to Skip Chapter 1 on Previously Cleared Saves: The game will let you choose to start a new game on a cleared file from day 6 now. We’re only going to allow players to skip up to this point because there are too many possible plot routes later in the game and skipping to a further chapter would require making choices on the players part. Chapter 3 for example has the option of going to Berry Springs with Sophie, Colette or remaining in the cafe with Mira. Character Standing Improvements Standing Menu Now Shows Exact Value: There’s a small box added underneath the hearts that shows you a character’s standing. This solves the issue of not knowing exactly how much standing you have with a character when you’re not on intervals of 5 points. New Game Interview can now grant a large amount of standing with Mira depending on your answers: Up to a maximum of 15 points (1 ½ hearts). The main purpose of this is to make it a bit more feasible to reach the True Ending that requires over 25 standing with Mira on Day 15. Increased Standing Gain/Loss in Chapters 1 & 2: First impressions matter! Important choices are now heavier in regards to how much standing they add or subtract from a character. Extremely kind or rude answers can grant or cost you up to half a heart. Increased Chapter 3 & 4 Cerise Standing Values: Since Cerise is introduced later in the game, it was necessary to add more weight to the player responses towards her. Maximum/Minimum Standing has been capped at 50/-50 Climaxing in a Room now grants 5 Love Tokens instead of 1: There’s going to be a large batch of gallery artwork added and this is going to reduce the amount of time needed to collect enough tokens for them. Fixed Day 14 & 15 Plot Flow Bug: A few routes were not playing through properly and the game would jump to a completely different event on Days 14 and 15. 7 of the 8 endings should now be accessible without any issues. The last secret ending is in the works. Fixed Consistency Issue at the end of the Main Route: There was a part that mentioned that Cerise had the tome and then Colette had it immediately after. Later Work Days Now Show Custom Dialogues More Often: Removed a few story related dialogues that would show up since they didn’t really provide anything to the plot. These have been replaced by custom Patron dialogues that may involve Cerise. Removed Standing Value Required to stay in the Cafe alone in Chapter 3. Felt redundant to require that Mira likes you just to stay there. Continuing Mira’s route here requires accepting her deal at a prior point. Replaced Outdated Continue Button on OverAge Warning Screen Fixed Price on Blindfold: Text description would say $125 but display price was $100. All prices now reflect the intended $125 price. Fixed Toy Descriptors in Player Apartment: The right toy box was not displaying the right descriptors for some toys. Fixed Bush/Lube Descriptor in Mira’s Domain: Hovering on these icons would not display their tooltip in Room 3. Fixed Mira Moan Bug in Punish Mode: Mira wasn’t moaning in Room 3’s Punish Mode. Implemented Dialogue for New Story Ending: A Colette route branches off on the morning of Day 15 when she is approached by Mira in a dream. This route will only activate if Colette has 0 or lower standing with you. (No hearts or black hearts). Note: This route is still pending CGs and will be receiving some polish as we continue work.
Added Small Segment to Cerise Dialogue: Chapter 4 when she asks you to check on Colette before confronting Mira. Additional lines were added to further develop Cerise’s character.
Main Route Ending Improved: Reaching the end of the main route now has an additional segment added that provides more closure.
3 Epilogues Implemented: Main route will play one of three epilogues after the credits roll depending on which character likes you more. Sophie, Cerise or Colette.

Sophie Voice Lines Implemented: Key scenes in Chapters 1 through 3 have been voiced for Sophie. Chapter 4 scenes will be voiced when we have all VA’s at around the same point and the routes are polished.
Cerise Voice Lines Implemented: Her undressing dialogue is now voiced!
New Day/Night Counter UI Implemented: A sun and moon icon have been added to the day counter and change according to the time of day it is.Bug Fixes:
Fixed Punish Mode Climax Bug: Activating only the mouth Tentacle and none of the others would cause punish mode to get stuck with no way of exiting.
Fixed Currency UI Overlap: Certain CG’s had the currency tray overlaid on them when it should’ve been hidden.
Fixed Mira Game Loop Bug: This was the big one from last month that was causing the game to get stuck on a black screen when reaching the end of Mira’s route. It now loops properly as it should.

Mira Added to Room 1: Mira can now be selected in Free Play mode or Story mode at the end of Chapter 3. All current toys are functioning normally with her though she may still need a bit of balance to achieve the right level of difficulty that we’re aiming for. Mira basically likes almost all of the toys but she needs to have constant variety in order to keep her arousal maxed out. Not exactly satisfied with the vocal SFX’s being used for Mira and it may be time to hire VA’s soon. Added Undressing System: Starting Sophie’s Room 1 encounter will now load into the new system. Pieces of clothing can be removed one at a time until the character is completely nude. Undressing step can be skipped if the player doesn’t want to go through it. Spending time with a girl in the undressing stage will reduce built up stress by 15 points. (Max stress bar when full is 100 points). Stress is not reduced if the session is skipped. Sophie’s dialogue options are different if she likes you or if she dislikes you. (Standing value must be above 5 for positive dialogue and below 0 for negative dialogue. Anything between that will yield neutral dialogue.) Free Play mode will always have positive positive dialogue options for the time being. CG’s for this system will be modified to match the articles of clothing that are removable. At the moment, we are missing a CG for Sophie’s stockings/shoes/choker removal. Current CG’s may also be modified as they show pieces of clothing that may have already been removed by the player depending on the order that they removed things in. Undressing step will load in Story mode and Free Play mode. New CG added to Colette Route: The spicy scene with Cerise now has a CG to go with it. There’s a few more planned ones that we’ll be adding there soon. UI Updated in New Game Intro: Gender select and Name Input windows now reflect the newer UI look. We may still tweak them as we aim for a uniform look. Text elements have been optimized during Mira interview. Background changed to Mira’s Office. Added Global Save Data: Love Tokens can now be saved cumulatively across all files. Love Tokens can only be earned in story mode for the time being and total amount earned can be seen by going into the gallery from the main menu. Global Data will save alongside regular file data. Saving your game will update the values in the globaldata.cafe file. If you have an existing file with toys or characters already unlocked, simply load the file and save again to update the new global data file that was added. Global data has the option to keep track of which characters have been met in story mode but that function is not being utilized until yet. Eventually, it’ll be used so that characters must be encountered in story in order to unlock them in Free Play mode. If you need to delete Global data, you can find the file at the following path: "C:UsersUserNameAppDataLocalLowTentakeroProject Cappuccino". Simply delete the globaldata.cafe and you’ll be able to create a new in one game when saving any file. We’ll be adding the option to wipe all data in game soon. Gallery Updated: The gallery has been upgraded from the original prototype that was in the last build and is now functional. Sophie images have been added that can be unlocked using love tokens that have been earned cumulatively. Tokens for Colette and Mira can be earned but their art pieces are not in place yet. We will likely be adding another batch of art to unlock this coming month. Some of the higher price art pieces have variants that can be toggled when the image is selected. These prices aren’t final and we may adjust them as we tweak the Love Token system in the rooms.
Bug Fixes:Fixed Critical Save Bug: Saving on Day 12 when waking up in Cerise’s house would cause the save file to break. Players would not be able to load that file. Issue was resolved in patch 1.8.1 and save files that may have been damaged by this should have been repaired by the patch. Corrected Standing Values: Some routes weren’t loading properly due to not being able to earn the right amount of points with a character. Colette and Mira’s trip home routes now load without needing to clear Sophie’s first. Optimized Certain Text and Image Elements: We recently discovered that Project Cappuccino was using too many resources to render fonts and backgrounds. To remedy this, we’ve changed some back end configurations that should allow the game to use between 10-15% fewer GPU resources than it was before. Granted this was tested on about three different computers, so we will continue to perform optimizations as development continues to keep overhead resource usage as low as we can. For the time being, the major optimizations revolve around the Main Menu and the Options Menu. Added small note under Cerise and Mira in Free Play mode: Cerise is not available in Room 1 yet and Mira is not available in Room 2. Going to be working on adding them in the coming months. Improved Free Play Menu: A few visual and functional changes have been made to this menu. Now allows you to select individual characters to take into Room 2. Selecting the Apartment will cause a selection flag to appear over your currently selected character. Clicking a second one will cause the second flag to appear. These can be toggled on and off at will to pick and choose whoever you want. UI has been changed a bit for this menu and now features the Character and Room name. Single Characters now work in Room 2: Second toy box will be disabled if a single character is brought in and the colors on the left one will match the corresponding character. Single characters are centered in the room instead of off to the sides. Apartment Room Added to Story: Can now be accessed when charging the charm in Chapter 2. Colette’s charm route has had a few lines modified to make the setting a little more consistent. Added Toy Tool Tip to Room 2: Information on tool tip for toys is different from Room 1 to reflect the rebalance of toys with new mechanics. Tool tip will now adjust position according to which box you’re hovering over. Extremely small display sizes may cause the tool tip to appear a little too far from the cursor, but this has only been observed in window sizes of about 800×600. In other words, if you’re playing Cappuccino on a display that small you may need Added Egg Vibrator to Room 2: Egg vibrator is now a supplemental toy. A support so to say. The purpose of it is to help maintain high arousal levels, thus reaching orgasms faster if done right. Using clothing pins on nipples causes them to have the “Sensitive” state which in turn gives more arousal from the egg vibrator. Current hotspots are Vag, Clit, Anus and both Nipples. Arousal from hotspots vary according to character’s preferences. Love Token Improvement: Added finalized Love Token appearance. Love token color loads according to the selected characters in the room. Can now be moused over to see a small description about what Love Tokens are. Adjusted MipMaps on UI Elements: Some images did not have appropriate mipmaps generated which would cause them to have visual issues when scaling them down in size. Modified Butt Plug Functions: Now increases orgasm rate according to how much a character likes Anal Toys. Arousal and Orgasm Meters Improved: Usage of toys now directly increases both of these meters according to characters preferences. Players will be able to see what characters like with a bit more ease now. Request Bubbles Implemented into Room 2: The original bubbles from Room 1 have been added to Room 2 and now grant a bonus to the orgasm meter when a request is granted. This bonus scales depending on how many consecutive orgasms you’ve managed to reach, meaning that it will always be worth giving a girl what they want. Positive and Negative Indicators Implemented to Room 2: The heart and scribble marks that appear in Room 1 have been added to Room 2 and now appear whenever you use something that a girl likes or dislikes. These serve simply to show if they’re enjoying what you’re doing to them. Repeatedly inserting and removing the same toy will cause the negative indicator to show up and arousal will drop. Created Gallery Prototype: Gallery prototype can be accessed from main menu to see how mechanics will be functioning. Images cannot be unlocked yet and will be available in a future build. Cerise Added to Room 2: Cerise can now be taken into Room 2 with Sophie, Colette or by herself. Her favorite toys are different than the other girls so I’m kind of excited to see if you guys can figure out what she’s into. Train Ride story scene upgraded: A CG with a parallax background has been added to this part of the story. Works in both Colette and Sophie’s routes. Expression changes for characters during these scenes will come in a future update. Bug Fixes:Fixed White Button Glitch: Buttons on Main Menu were turning white whenever anyone of them was clicked. Fixed Anal Beads Issue on Sophie: Inserting step 3 of the anal beads on Sophie would cause the ball gag to disappear. The game would still register it in use despite it not being there visually. Fixed Anal Climax Issue on Sophie: Climaxing while using the male penis anally wouldn’t work. Fixed Blue Vibrator Climax: Climaxing with the blue vibrator while using it anally would cause it to not be removed completely. The game would still detect it as if it was in a character despite it not being there visually. Fixed Anal Toy Thrust Speed: Anal toys were not having their thrust speed reset when removed which would cause issues with non thrusting toys. New Free Play Menu: The small popup that would come up for Free Play has been removed and replaced by a new menu. The Free Play menu now allows you to choose a location for a private encounter, as well as a character, gender and skin tone. Visual appearance of this menu may change a bit in coming updates as we polish the game. Added Room 2 (Double Encounter): This new room encounter is currently available in Free Play mode and will be added to Story Mode when the new features have been fully tested. Two characters may be taken into this room at the same time and our goal is to have it stable enough to the point where we can just plug in Cerise & Mira in a future update. Mixing and matching is going to be the main feature of this room. New Song added for Room 2: “Double Espresso” All Toys Available in Room 2 with Exception of Egg Vibrator: Egg vibrator will be rebalanced according to how we decide to keep the new Arousal & Orgasm meters. Love Tokens can now be earned in Room 2 but will not save until the gallery system is in place. These Tokens are a new currency that will be used to unlock images. Love Tokens are granted upon reaching orgasm with a character and will later be obtainable by finding toy combinations that characters enjoy. Pleasure Meter replaced by Orgasm & Arousal Meter: As stated in one of our past progress logs, these new bars are being tested to see if they’ll permanently replace the Pleasure Meter in Room 1. The more turned on a character is, the faster they’ll reach orgasm. The new orgasm meter means you can’t fail a session, however, our goal as we continue to improve the feature is to have a poor performance give fewer Love Tokens. Orgasm’s can be reached multiple times: There is no limit to how many times a character can orgasm but each consecutive one will make it harder to reach the next. Bug Fixes: Fixed Colette Double Penis Bug: Originally caused a second Penis to appear when finishing in Room 1. Only happened when using nothing in Vag and the Lube. Fixed Main Menu Button Issue: Clicking Free Play and then immediately selecting a second choice before the free play window opened would cause two commands to execute at the same time. This has been resolved with the addition of the new Free Play Menu. Fixed Variable Reset Bug: Starting a new game would cause some variables to not reset properly which led to some toys carrying over between saves. More notoriously, Colette could be available from Day 1 which would cause all kinds of issues. Fixed Toy Unlock Bug: Some toys were not unlocking properly. The rope was unlocked from the beginning without requiring a purchase from Lucretia. Lube toy could be purchased but would still show as if it was for sale in the shop. Fixed CG Cam Bug in Sophie’s First Encounter: Buttons could be clicked despite them not being visible on screen. This would allow players to click quit, settings and toy box buttons by accident. (Possibly leading to skipping the interaction.) Fixed Confirm Button Issue during Tutorial: If players were fast enough, they were able to click the “Confirm” work assignment button before Mira’s tutorial was done. This would cause a text overlap that broke the game. v1.5.0
Added New Shibari Rope Toy Features: Shibari Rope is now usable on both characters and can be applied to the Legs, Arms and Breasts. Animations change accordingly. Added Day 9, 10 and 11 Story Content: As stated previously in one of our progress logs, the story is now focusing on Colette and her curse. Players are tasked with choosing who will head to Sophie’s hometown to find Cerise, while one person stays running the Resting Bean. Some CG’s for this part of the story will come in a later update. There are 3 possible routes. 2 of which are depending on your standing with Colette and Mira. (Before her banishment.) It is recommended to create a save file for each character’s route at this point since the story will branch significantly. Additionally, Sophie and Colette’s casual appearance will only show up on their particular route. Added Anal Beads Toy: Can now be purchased from Lucretia for $200 and are usable on either Sophie or Colette. Segments can be inserted one at a time and give small increase in pleasure for each insertion. Improvements to ToyBox: New "Toggle" section added to the bottom. Special toggle toys such as the lube will be in this section from now on. Added Lube Toy: Can now be purchased from Lucretia for $50. Lube is toggleable from new section of the Toy Box and allows you to use some Vaginal Toys Anally. Currently supports using the Male Penis & Blue Vibrator. Future toys will take lube into consideration. Added Bush Toggle: Also located in the new section of the toy box. This new button is for those that prefer their girls unshaved. Choose from 3 options, shaved, trimmed and unshaved. Does not require purchasing anything from Lucretia and is automatically available from the start. Bug Fixes: Fixed Colette’s legs not quivering when inserting a toy. Adjusted initial thrust speed on toys. They were originally too slow. Fixed bug where Saving after work on Day 8 would cause Colette to not show up and leave you standing alone in the dark. (Thank you to whoever submit this bug report!) Fixed character standing bug where too many points would be granted and characters would instantly like you. Their hidden routes would appear even if you had done nothing to get them on your side. This change may affect save files but I have not run into any issues with them yet. If you have a problem with a save file, please delete and recreate it. Fixed bug where you were still able to continue a private encounter when failing by just clicking around the failure prompt. Possibly fixed Mac version bug where screen would crop in an odd way at the end of each day. (See other notes regarding Mac version.) Praised Whetstone Other Notes:Windows Defender may block Project Cappuccino from running. To bypass this, you can right click the .exe, click properties and click Unblock under the security setting. Toy box functions will eventually be migrated to small pop up buttons like the ones that can be seen when selecting the rope. Ex. The bunny dildo’s special action. This will be done when we do a small face lift of the toy box and add a container for these buttons so that they aren’t simply floating there detached from the box. A couple of bugs have been reported with the Mac version which we are unfortunately unable to thoroughly test as we do not have a Mac to work with. Player skin tone may not work and the games display size may be off causing scenes to show at improper times. First release.
